Then I take a step by step approach to bring you back into balance...healthy, happy and ready to take on anything life throws at you with a smile.
As a Wellbeing Life Coach, Mindset Coach, Mindfulness Guide, 3rd Age Women's Health and Hormones and a Pilates and Fitness expert, I'm just the right person to guide you onto the right path.

LIFE BOOST

A starter package, that gives you the push you need to get you started and help reboot and maintain your overall health and wellbeing.          This 3 session started pack is a step by step journey to a healthier, happier life.

 

LIFE BOOST PACKAGE INCLUDES

  1. 3 x1 hour sessions In person, via Skype or phone call
  2. Access to emails with Michelle
  3. Homework and accountability

TOTAL REBOOT

This unique in-depth step by step journey takes you from A to Z, helping you reboot and maintain your overall health and sense of wellbeing. We will focus on your wellbeing needs so we can create goal-focused solutions. Unlocking positive outcomes not only with your overall health but for a total balance of your mind, body and soul.

TOTAL REBOOT PACKAGE INCLUDES

    1. 12 x 1 hour sessions (to be taken weekly, bi weekly or monthly depending on needs)  In person, via Zoom or phone call
    2. Access to emails with Michelle
    3. Homework and accountability
    4. Up to 3 x 15 minute booster calls if required

HOW TO REDUCE STRESS AND STAY SANE DURING HOME CONFINEMENT

Due to the current circumstances, during the Pandemic, I will be offering special packages devoted to your TOTAL WELLBEING during this stressful period.
Focusing on stress management, help with anxiety and a total "How to look after your health MIND BODY AND SOUL" package.
